World Series of Comedy! Windy City, here I come..

Found out today that I was chosen as one of 40 contestants out of what I am assuming were at least 100 to compete in the St. Charles (Chicago) IL satellite city of the World Series of Comedy! I could not be more excited/nervous! This is a big deal, there was a lot of competition and the exposure at an event like this is tremendous! Not to mention the addition it will make to my resume. Needless to say I’m very excited and now just focusing on getting myself there. I’m coming up with some quickie fundraising ideas including (but not limited to) a fundraising comedy show, selling my funky rings and what not and accepting donations for a memento of my fabulous trip! (similar to these types of deals) I will keep you all updated as to my whereabouts and activities and as always, stay funky (the cool kind, not the smelly kind though)

Montana is a badass

Everyone in Montana is a bad ass. I saw a guy at walmart and 4 hours later he was at the gas station and he had grown a full beard! Once I got here I realized why everyone here is a badass, it’s FREAKIN FREEZING! I’m having a good time here though, trying to stay warm and avoiding large trucks that might want to hit me. Tuesday night was Missoula and tonight it’s Butte. Bring on the steaks man!

Squeaky’s Saturday Night Comedy!

I will be making an appearance at Squeaky’s Saturday Night Special this coming Satuday June 12th. 9 pm sharp! The show will be at the Red Lion BBQ in Downtown Spokane (126 S. Division).

The Winter Of My Discontent

Well, it’s officially winter.

I had my annual slip and fall on the ice tonight. F’ing awesome. And I have to say that while I appreciate the attempt at extending an olive branch; Do you think you could have perhaps tried to help me up off the pavement, random guy on the corner, instead of just staring at me in a meth haze and asking “oh damn,you ok?”.

The one positive shred in all of this is that at least my hairy winter legs broke some of my fall and the scab damage to my kneecap is minimal. Ah, old man winter, you are a fickle jackass and you may have won this round but just you wait you cold and brittle bastard, we’ll see who comes out the victor.

Me and the old webmaster are still figurin’ this whole website business. Isn’t that always the damn case? Somebody slaps up a website with a “coming soon!” sign that lingers for about a decade.

I assure you I’m far too impatient for that and you should see content very soon. In the meantime and until I harass the Bee into giving me a calendar of gigs please note the following dates and times:
